It will be recalled that the Federal government recently announced the commencement of a batch recruitment process for the popular N-Power program.
Recall that NPower started online recruitment in 2023. They enabled the portal for registration.
The Federal Government Youth Empowerment Program (Npower) will soon begin the Second Phase of screening exercise which involves shortlisting of qualified candidates.
Now, you can be able to check if your name is among the list of those shortlisted for final interview.
Those whose name appears on the list will have to undergo physical verification at the NPower headquarters nationwide.
It’s after the physical interview and document screening that the NPower final list will be released.
Now those successful at the physical screening will receive their appointment paper as a full-time staff of NPower.
A lot of applicants have been asking us if Npower 2023/2024 shortlisted names is out. Here, we will let you know when the list is out or not.
Is Npower List Shortlisted Candidate for 2023 Out?
No, currently Npower has not published the names of shortlisted candidates yet. But once the list is out, this page will be updated immediately.
It noted that all successful candidates would be forwarded a mail on how to go about the next step, while candidates that are not selected can re-apply for the next batch which is the stream 2 exercise.
How to Check NPower List of Shortlisted Candidates
The list will be published on the NPower Official website.
You will have to download the list on your phone or computer and check through it.

- Visit the N-Power official portal at http://npvn.npower.gov.ng/login.
- Enter your phone number or email address in the required column
- Click on the Submit button to see if you have transitioned from pre-selected applicants to beneficiaries.

If you have downloaded the NPower Recruitment List 2023 and did see your name on the list, congratulations.
You can now proceed to the next stage of recruitment. This is the physical verification stage.
